Payroll and Benefits Analyst

A company is looking for a Payroll and Benefits Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Process payroll for multiple business units and validate payroll data inputs

Coordinate with HR and finance to ensure correct tax withholdings and benefit deductions

Prepare and file payroll tax returns and maintain compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in payroll processing in a multi-state organization

Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll tax rules and labor laws

Experience with payroll systems, specifically Rippling, and data tools

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and reconciliation skills
