What You’ll Do :

• Deliver dishes quickly and efficiently while maintaining exceptional service.
• Memorize menu descriptions and drop lines for each dish.
• Navigate a fast-paced environment and comfortably handle stairs throughout service.
• Work closely with the kitchen preparing all mise for each dish.
• Maintain a polished and professional presence in both casual and fine-dining settings.

What We’re Looking For :

• Previous food runner or front-of-house experience in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of food handling and ability to describe dishes accurately.
• Comfortable working on two floors and navigating stairs frequently.
• Team-oriented, detail-focused, and able to multitask under pressure.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering an elevated guest experience.
