About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join one of our clients - a renowned interior architecture and workplace design firm recognized for creating forward-thinking environments that empower people to thrive.
This on-site position in Houston is ideal for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional who thrives on leading complex design projects, managing client relationships, and mentoring creative teams from concept through construction.
Salary Range : $85,000 - $96,000 (based on experience)

What You'll Do
- Lead project planning, coordination, and execution across all phases of design and construction.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring proactive communication and long-term satisfaction.
- Coordinate efforts among designers, consultants, engineers, and contractors to achieve design, budget, and scheduling goals.
- Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Prepare and present project reports, fee proposals, schedules, and progress updates.
- Mentor and guide project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in design reviews and support continuous improvement in project management tools and processes.
What You Bring
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or demonstrated experience in interior commercial construction.15+ years of related industry experience, including 5+ years managing interior architecture projects.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Dynamics, Microsoft Project, or similar).Strong leadership, organization, and client management skills.Excellent communication abilities both verbal and written.Solid understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and interior construction practices.
Experience with sustainable design practices; LEED / WELL certification preferred.Professional, collaborative, and self-motivated work ethic.Must work in the office 3 days a week or more.Portfolio and resume required to be considered for this role.Benefits & Perks
