We are currently hiring employees who will start CNA training on January 26,2026 . The CNA training includes 6 weeks of paid training in a classroom setting and on the job training with residents. Training will occur Monday through Friday (daytime hours ). No time off will be allowed duringtraining. Applicantspassing the initial screen must be available to attend an interview between December 3 rd - December 5 th , 2025.
After training, CNAs are assigned to available shifts with every other weekend off. New employees are typically assigned to 2 nd shift, which is 2 : 45p.m.-11 : 15p.m. and is where our greatest need is currently. These positions require the ability to work scheduled hours (day, evening, night, weekends, and holidays), including overtime as needed with shifts up to 15.5 hours long. Vacation time will not be available to use until after 6 months of employment. Sick leave and 36 hours of personal holiday are available to use as needed after training.
Part-time positions may also be available after completion of full-time training.
Position Summary
We are hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) at the Objective and Advanced level The classification / position level will be determined based on the qualifications listed below as well as facility needs.
As an RCT-Objective, you provide care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID); including assistance with meals, bathing, toileting and other personal hygiene care; observe and report behavioral, mental, and physical changes in residents; participate in recreational and activities of daily living, record information in daily logs, clinical records, etc; assist with transfers and ambulation; and work cooperatively with others to promote a positive living environment.
As an RCT-Advanced - Intensive Treatment Program (ITP), you are responsible for care and support to individuals with IID who also engage in challenging behaviors. In addition to assisting with activities of daily living and active treatment, you must demonstrate the ability to implement complex treatment plans that promote safety, skill development, and challenging behavior reduction.
Salary Information
Starting pay is between $25.82 / hour (approximately $53,700) for Objective OR $27.22 / hour (approximately $56,600), or more based on state seniority. Additional increases are based on years of service in the chart below.
