Plant Administrative Assistant

Join our dynamic team as a Plant Administrative Assistant where you will play a crucial role in supporting plant operations. You will manage a variety of administrative tasks that are vital to the smooth functioning of our plant. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with management and make a meaningful impact on our operations.

Responsibilities include :

• Operating the scale for weighing company, customer, and third-party trucks.
• Processing vendor invoices and purchase orders efficiently.
• Providing comprehensive administrative support for plant management.
• Compiling, entering, and reporting payroll and production statistics accurately.
• Tracking finished goods inventory, equipment utilization, plant costs, and labor hours.
• Purchasing parts and safety supplies as needed.
• Maintaining fuel inventory and equipment downtime reports.
• Handling month-end accruals and reporting tasks.
• Processing personnel changes and maintaining employee files.
• Managing timekeeping using Kronos.

Work Environment :

This is a fully onsite position, working Monday to Friday from 7 am to 3 pm. You will be part of a tight-knit team, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work atmosphere.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dryden, NY.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.50 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
