Key Responsibilities
Provide support to Financial Institutions by addressing escalated or time-sensitive issues professionally
Handle Support Line inquiries, offering training in data entry and Service Center procedures
Resolve inbound and outbound service calls regarding collateral protection insurance coverage and maintain accurate loan information
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
1-2 years of experience in high-level customer service, preferably in an insurance or banking environment
Working knowledge of insurance coverage and procedures
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel
Able to work under stress while maintaining professionalism
