Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner - Now Hiring

Overview : \nAre you a dedicated advanced practice clinician seeking better work-life balance and more control over your schedule? We are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a well-established post-acute care team in Los Alamos, NM. This role offers schedule flexibility, professional autonomy, and the opportunity to provide meaningful care to a complex patient population.\n\nPosition Details : \n

• Location : Los Alamos, NM\n
• Setting : Post-acute care, inpatient (typically skilled nursing and rehab facilities)\n
• Schedule : \n
• Preferred full-time : 3.5 5 days / week\n
• Part-time options available : 1 3 days / week\n
• On-call : Daytime call only, Monday through Friday on assigned days\n\nResponsibilities : \n
• Provide comprehensive primary care in a post-acute setting\n
• Manage both acute and chronic medical conditions\n
• Create individualized care plans\n
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team (IDT)\n
• Partner with supervising physician and facility staff\n\nQualifications : \n
• Licensed NP (FNP, AGNP, CNP, APRN) or PA\n
• Active New Mexico license or eligibility\n
• DEA license preferred (not required)\n
• Experience in post-acute care, outpatient, urgent care, primary care, home care, or inpatient settings is welcomed\n
