About the Role

As an Onboarding Specialist at Aventi Health, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients experience a seamless transition onto our technology platform. Reporting to the Director of Implementation, you will serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding process, guiding them through setup, training, and adoption. This role blends project management, client relationship building, and hands-on training to help covered entities and pharmacies unlock the full value of our solutions from day one. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure workflows are aligned, timelines are met, and end users feel confident and supported. This is a client-facing position where your ability to listen, problem-solve, and communicate clearly will directly impact client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead clients through a structured onboarding journey, serving as their primary guide
  • Configure and validate system settings and workflows to ensure alignment with each client’s operational needs.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions and create clear documentation that empowers users to feel confident on day one.
  • Collaborate with internal Product, Support, and Sales teams to anticipate challenges, resolve implementation issues quickly, and prevent project delays.
  • Support data migration and system integrations, coordinating closely with technical teams to ensure accuracy and security.
  • Track onboarding milestones, proactively communicate progress, and keep projects on schedule.
  • Capture and share client feedback to continuously improve onboarding processes, training materials, and platform usability.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building relationships that set the foundation for long-term success with Aventi Health.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, information systems, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in client onboarding, implementation, training, or customer success, ideally in healthcare, pharmacy, or health IT.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Clear, confident communicator able to adapt messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Skilled at leading client training and presentations that engage and inspire adoption.
  • Comfortable learning new software quickly; experience with healthcare or pharmacy technology a plus.
  • Naturally collaborative, building trust with clients and cross-functional teams alike.
  • Detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in fast-moving, client-facing environments.
