Internal Controls Intern

Our team is currently seeking an Internal Controls Intern. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience and learn from a team with varied strengths. You will learn the foundation of Risk and Controls and gain firsthand experience in auditing, risk management, and internal controls within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Job Responsibilities :

• Assist with Internal Control Assessments, by supporting the evaluation and documentation of existing internal controls and processes.
• Aid in the development and updating of process documentation and control matrices. Ensure documentation is accurate and aligned with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in implementation and monitoring of compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulations.
• Prepare and present summaries of findings and recommendations to senior team members. Contribute to the creation of internal control reports and documentation.
• Work closely with the Internal Controls team to support ongoing projects and initiatives. Participate in team meetings and provide updates on assigned tasks.
