AbelZeta Inc. (AbelZeta) develops proprietary cell therapies for the treatment of cancer. AbelZeta operates a state-of-the-art facility in Rockville, Maryland with five GMP rooms to augment our global research and development capabilities and to support clinical development of multiple cell therapy platform technologies in the US.

The Material and Warehouse Associate will join the Supply Chain team to support warehouse and GMP operations. The Material and Warehouse Associate will follow established procedures to receive raw material inventory, pick and prepare components for manufacturing and ship product.

This is a one-year temporary position, with the potential to convert to a regular full-time role based on business needs.

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Manages the day-to-day assignments of warehouse job tasks and monitor completion of required activities
• Receive incoming shipments of non-GMP / GMP materials and equipment following established procedures
• Assist Quality Assurance in release and approval of material for manufacturing
• Dispense and kit GMP materials to support production operations
• Prepare and deliver raw materials, samples, finished product, etc. to various departments as needed ensuring proper procedure and temperature range are followed
• Maintain accurate inventory of GMP warehouse materials
• Support procurement activities
• Perform inventory cycle counts
• Perform accurate ERP transactions
• Cross-train in all areas of the warehouse operations
• Pick, pack, and ship finished product, materials, and equipment as required per established policies and procedures
• Ensure individual employee training is up to date
• Adhere to safety procedures and GMP requirements
• Keep warehouse operation clean and inspection ready
• Other duties as assigned.
