Summary :

Assist the IT Support Specialist with the development, installation, and ongoing support / maintenance end-point computers, software, and peripherals. Interact with third-party providers and company support staff.

Other information : QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Graduate of a Computer Science curriculum at a technical school or college.
  • Knowledge and experience in support and maintenance of desktop, laptop, and tablet computers and peripherals.
  • A working knowledge of application software, plus knowledge of components, component compatibility, and hardware / software compatibility. Good organizational and communication skills.
