Client Service Associate

As a Client Service Associate within PNC's Private Bank organization, you can be based in Philadelphia, PA. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager's discretion. Other locations within the Private Bank footprint may be considered. The Client Service Associate serves as the primary point of contact for our clients and advisors in the execution of client servicing and administrative requests by initiating or completing activities across all PNC Private Bank products and services (Banking, Investment and Fiduciary). The Client Service Associate also partners with Advisors / Leaders on any client related activities. As the owner of the service experience, the Client Service Associate also partners closely with the Advisors, Middle Office, or Operations teams for service request fulfillment, supporting our collective goal of becoming more client-centric and providing a world-class, seamless client experience. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, handling :

  • Transaction Requests
  • Maintenance Requests
  • Inquiry Requests
  • Risk Management

Previous PNC Private Bank experience strongly preferred. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

Provides sales, service and execution support for new and ongoing client relationships. May serve as a customer solutions resource. Gathers required documentation. Prepares, reviews and verifies documents and relevant information for accuracy. Performs common processing and ensures compliance with standard regulations and processes. May administer complex implementation plans and related client interactions. Acts as a point of contact for clients, client teams or service partners and may act as an escalation point for complex client implementation and servicing issues. Initiates, updates and verifies client, account, or transaction details in relevant systems / applications. Provides reports as needed. Serves as a peer resource and may perform general administrative support.

In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
