Butler Behavioral Health has been providing high quality behavioral health services to our community since 1948. Together Butler Behavioral Health and Best Point will continue to value the unique characteristics, individual strengths and a holistic understanding of every client and their resources, to develop personalized treatment plans with focused objectives that result in “small steps” towards changing their lives. Job Summary : Our MRSS (Mobile Response and Stabilization Services) Skill Builder will provide support to children and parents that have behavioral health challenges and / or mental health diagnosis within the community, who need support in navigating various systems, as well as implementation of their care plan based on initial evaluation.

Responsibilities : Working directly with children, adolescents and families who are in distress and experiencing crisis, using de-escalation and distress tolerance strategiesAbility to provide skill building, make appropriate community resource referrals, and collaborate with other professionalsCollect data and complete clinical documentation within the required time framesMinimum requirements : Bachelor’s degree in social work or comparable human services fieldExperience working with children, adolescents and familiesSkilled in time management, organizational and follow-up skillsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordBenefits :

The MRSS Skill Builder position is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position.
