Your Opportunity : Venture Solutions, a Taylor Corporation company, is looking for an Equipment Operator to join the team at our Grove City, OH facility.

This location adheres to the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA). All employees must undergo a federal background check, which requires U.S. citizenship.

Your Shift : 6 : 00 p.m. - 2 : 00 a.m. Monday - Friday

Your Responsibilities :

Prepare and operate printing press equipment in compliance with job specifications and company quality standards

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal output

Prepare inks for proper color and consistency

Check paper for correct type, size, color, and quantity

Check plates for correct format

Visually inspect forms throughout the run to ensure quality

Coordinate with the Production Team to prioritize jobs and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines

Maintain knowledge of and comply with safety requirements related to the job and equipment

You Must Have :

Ability to set adjustable mechanisms to required tolerances

Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail

High degree of mechanical aptitude

Good reading ability

Requirements Within This Position :

Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information so others will understand

Regularly required to remain in a stationary position

Constantly operate machinery and handle print materials

Frequently required to move throughout the facility

Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and / or carry 25+ pounds

We Would Also Prefer :

Ability to work with very close tolerances

Ability to effectively communicate with team members

Strong analytical skills

Good color discernment
