Compensation :
75,000 - $120,000 base + commissions
Responsibilities :
Ensure customer needs are met by staying on top of our services and product, competition, and market conditions in the home services industrySpeak to potential customers to introduce our services or new productsHelp company stay on top of all developments related to new business opportunities, sales activities, and customer needs through our CRMCreate and fulfill a customer acquisition strategy for your sales territoryAttend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales eventsExceed monthly and quarterly revenue expectations and meet sales and lead-generating activities goals to ensure future businessSecure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand, and close deals efficientlyPresent a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close dealsInitiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for informationPosition us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trendsGrow and maintain customer relationshipsAttend expos and events (golf events, Padres games, happy hours)Company sales meetingsFollow all the company's outside sales representative dutiesSet appointmentsSales talk and objection handler masteryConvert “no” into “yes” by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain pointsMove your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnelStay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselvesFollow the business planClient lunches and eventsDoor-to-door B2B salesCold callingBuild client relationshipsQualifications :
Should have working knowledge of a CRMApplicant must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicleApplicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsA bachelor’s degree or high school diploma is preferredYou will need 3-5 years of inside or outside sales experience2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experienceTeam-focused, organized, and self-starter with an orientation toward service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlinesProven track record in salesGreat communicationA high school diploma is required, and some industry or product knowledge is preferredExceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills21 years of age or olderGoal orientedSelf-starterGood first impression with peopleTeamwork experienceYou are an organized, detail-oriented, and self-starter who loves contributing to your team’s goalsAbout Company
