Salary : $85K – $90K / annually

Position Summary

The Aquatic Engineer is responsible for the full design process, from Sch

ematic Design through Construction Administration to the Grand Opening of new facilities. This role designs aquatic components for new facilities in accordance with local jurisdictional requirements, including both prototype projects and unique tenant improvement projects.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Review and interpret codes, coordinating with jurisdictional authorities.
• Model pool structures, accessories, and mechanical systems using Revit software.
• Select and size aquatic equipment.
• Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing disciplines.
• Coordinate with Construction teams.
• Review contractor submittals and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Conduct on-site construction observations and prepare reports.
