Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

L&D RN Shift : 1700-0530, three 12 hour shifts a week. Location Alton Memorial. This is an LDRP unit. Must have strong labor skills, fetal monitoring , experience circulating c-sections, and newborn experience. Provide OB triage, labor, delivery, recover, post partum, mother baby, nursery, GYN surgeries Ratio- 1 : 1-1 : 8 depending on assigned area for all shifts Avg. Daily Census : 8 Visits / Day : 10 Rooms : 20 Beds : 21 Every other weekend required Will float within service line Intensivist, Anesthesiologist, CRNA- on call 24 / 7 Hospitalist In House 24 / 7 BCLS, ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, NRP required FHM, AWHONN Advanced preferred IV start, triage, circulation required 2 years experience required Will accept first time travelers Scrubs provided
