We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Safety Coordinator who is fluent in Korean and English, to help maintain a culture of safety excellence across all project activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily safety operations and communications with contractors and project team members.
- Maintain accurate daily records of on-site activities and project progress.
- Organize and manage multiple safety-related files and documentation, ensuring updates are made in real time.
- Conduct safety orientations for all new contractor employees.
- Prepare and support safety events, weekly safety meetings, and training sessions.
- Record and analyze accident and injury reports, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all safety meetings and compliance activities.
- Handle new contractor badging processes and issue personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Manage safety material purchase requests and inventory for PPE and safety tools.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of relevant construction or industrial safety experience preferred.Strong understanding of construction site operations and safety practices.OSHA certification (10 or 30-hour) preferred.Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Bilingual in English and Korean RequiredBenefits include :
