Lead Clinician

General Responsibilities :
Education / Training : Master’s or doctorate degree in psychology, social work, counseling, marriage and family counseling, or another relevant behavioral health discipline from an accredited program, university, or college where clinical experience is a program requirement and includes 2 years of post-graduate direct service delivery experience.
Experience : Must have supervisory experience and be licensed to provide clinical services in the state where the care provider is located.
Skill(s) : Bi-lingual English and Spanish, preferred; excellent verbal and written communication skills, including interpersonal communication, group leadership skills, public speaking and clinical and persuasive writing skills; ability to work under stress or in a fast-paced environment, including crisis situations; strong organizational skills with knowledge of financial, human resource and marketing requirements; computer and typing skills sufficient to perform essential job functions; valid driver’s license, proof of automobile insurance and positive driving record to transport minors in own vehicle if needed required.
ADA : Regularly required to talk and / or hear individuals who do not speak English as their primary language; occasionally required to stand, walk, or sit; use finger dexterity, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; occasionally required to move or lift items up to 25 pounds in weight; primarily office based, but regularly required to travel to other offices, home visits, and other external parties.
