Present in 90 countries, the company designs and manufactures its products in Aix-en-Provence (France). Our subsidiary, NAOS North America (Canada / US) is looking for aKey Account Manager.

This position will be located in our offices in Houston, Texas.

Own the full commercial strategy and execution forTarget (omnichannel)andWalmart (in-store & online)in the U.S. This includes managing account-levelP&Ls, forecasts, trade budgets, and thelaunch and daily oversight of a 3PL model at Walmart. You will drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence across both retailers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the day-to-day management ofTarget and Walmartaccounts across in-store, .com, and app.
  • Build and execute annualJoint Business Plans, aligned with brand and customer strategies.
  • Ownsales forecasting, planning, and budget tracking; deliver revenue and margin targets.
  • Manage fullaccount P&Lsand optimizetrade spendto maximize ROI.
  • Launch and manage 3PL operations at Walmartto improve supply chain efficiency and in-stock performance.
  • Partner with demand planning and supply teams to ensure inventory accuracy and availability.
  • Execute and optimizeretail media(Walmart Connect, Roundel) and PDP content across channels.
  • Analyze POS and performance data (POL, Luminate) to drive insight-based decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, digital, finance, supply chain) to support execution.

PROFIL & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 58 years of U.S.CPG or beauty retail account managementexperience.
  • Proven success managingWalmart and / or Target, including digital platforms.
  • Strong skills inforecasting, P&L management, trade budget ownership, and 3PL coordination.
  • Proficient inExcel, POS data tools (Luminate, POL), and syndicated data platforms.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
