\n\nResponsibilities : \nCoordinates activity and workflow of the perfusion team. Schedules and assigns daily workload of staff team members. Duties include cardiopulmonary bypass, auto transfusion, intra aortic balloon pump counter pulsation, stand-by support, short and long term ventricular assist, and other related assignments deemed necessary to support Perfusion Services. Serves as a professional resource person to team members. Assists with evaluation, staffing and discipline of team members.\n\nQualifications : \n Education
