Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Technician
Are you a certified lab professional looking for a meaningful, hands-on role in a collaborative, patient-centered environment? A well-established healthcare facility in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join their dedicated team.
This is a full-time, generalist position involving high-complexity testing, instrument maintenance, and direct communication with providers.
What You'll Do
- Perform high-complexity lab testing across core disciplines
- Accurately analyze and report results to support clinical decisions
- Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments
- Assist with specimen collection and processing
- Collaborate with providers on test interpretation and follow-up
- Support lab quality assurance, supply management, and documentation
- Perform phlebotomy when needed and contribute to a flexible team dynamic
