About the Role
OpenWorks is seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Performance Manager to drive franchise success through account growth, retention, and operational excellence. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted partner to franchisees, ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering impactful training, and implementing performance strategies that exceed scorecard requirements. You'll be the cornerstone of franchise support – building relationships, solving problems, and helping our partners thrive.
