Job Summary

Reporting to the Department Services Coordinator, the Exam Proctor works with students registered through the Disability Services office. Responsibilities include checking students in and out of testing appointments, covering the Testing Center’s desk including greeting students, faculty, and answering calls. This is a short-term casual position.

Job Duties

• 40% - Serving as exam proctor and monitoring student’s test taking. Including tracking time and supervising exam sessions. - (Essential)
• 30% - Checking students in and out of appointments. Handling exams and required materials, and monitoring the testing schedule. - (Essential)
• 30% - Managing the testing center and testing rooms. Communicating with faculty via email, phone calls, and in-person visits. - (Essential)
