Job Description
Physical Therapist – $35K Bonus + Living Stipend
Location : Southwest Arizona (2 hours south of Tucson)
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM | No weekends or holidays
Join a supportive rehab team in a scenic, community-focused setting! This full-time, direct-hire Physical Therapist role offers excellent pay, flexible structure, and the time to truly connect with your patients.
Position Highlights :
- $100K–$120K salary (based on experience)
- Up to $35,000 sign-on / relocation bonus (3-year commitment)
- $1,000 / month living stipend (12 months)
- 90-minute evals / 45-minute follow-ups
- PTA-supported model (2 PTs + 2 PTAs)
- New grads welcome – mentorship provided
- Inpatient coverage only once every 6 weeks (4–5 patients / day)
