Job Description

Plan, coordinate, and supervise all field operations. Develop and maintain project schedules, short-interval plans, and logistics strategies. Manage subcontractors, resolve conflicts, and ensure work meets quality and safety standards. Monitor labor, material, and equipment costs; implement corrective actions as needed. Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, architects, engineers, and inspectors. Promote and enforce Pepper's safety culture, conducting regular site inspections and training. Mentor and coach field staff, fostering a collaborative, high-performance team.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of field supervision experience in education, municipal, retail, commercial or institutional construction. Proven track record delivering projects on schedule and within budget. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with scheduling and project management software (Procore experience a plus).
