Assignment Information : The facility is currently in need of Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with minimum of one (1) year of field-based experience working with people experiencing homelessness in the community. The LVN at Star Clinic is a key player in delivering specialized care to people experiencing homelessness and formerly homeless individuals with complex health needs. The role requires proficiency in front desk duties, medication administration, and maintaining accurate electronic medical records. Ideal candidates bring experience in ambulatory setting, effective interpersonal skills, customer service, knowledge of supply inventory and a collaborative spirit for team-based settings.

Ensure that profiles are submitted only for LVNs who are fully committed to working a per diem assignment.

Mandatory certifications include active Licensed Vocational Nurse license, BLS, MAB, CPI, LA City Fire and Life Safety card (must be LA City), and proof of full COVID vaccinations.
