Job Description

Our client, an academic medical center, is seeking to hire a Gastroenterologist . As the Gastroenterologist , you will provide quality care and education.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care within the division.
• Ensure appropriate coverage for patients and provide guidelines for physician and nurse practitioner performance expectations.
• Monitor staff, oversee paperwork, education, training for providers, and future recruitment.
• Report to the Chair of the Department of Medicine and the CMO.
• Provide clinical care and planning in an interdisciplinary approach in collaboration with leadership and other healthcare professionals.
