Job descriptionSupport IT and network program acquisition planning, budgeting, and execution activities. Conduct cost analysis, program tracking, and performance assessments to ensure alignment with project goals. Analyze and evaluate program data, schedules, and risk factors to identify process improvements and efficiencies. Assist in the development of acquisition strategies, program documentation, and lifecycle management plans. Provide input to enterprise architecture development, ensuring consistency with Navy and DoD frameworks. Support integrated logistics planning to ensure effective sustainment and resource management across programs. Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and management teams to align technical and financial requirements. Prepare reports, presentations, and decision briefs for leadership and program management offices. Track and manage funding execution, contract deliverables, and performance metrics. Ensure all program analysis activities comply with DoD acquisition policies, standards, and procedures. Six (6) years of professional experience in IT and network acquisition, program analysis, or management support. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred. Experience conducting cost analysis, financial tracking, and performance evaluation for complex programs. Knowledge of DoD acquisition and program management processes, including PPBE and lifecycle logistics principles. Familiarity with enterprise architecture and integrated logistics support methodologies. Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools used for program and financial management.
