Qualifying incoming leads and guiding customers through the sales process using structured follow-up plans. Creating and sharing engaging content on social media and digital platforms to enhance the dealership’s online presence. Facilitating virtual consultations, presentations, and test drives, providing an outstanding online-to-showroom experience. Actively following up with customers and managing relationships to close sales and meet individual goals. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for persuasive selling. Experience using CRM software and online communication tools. A creative flair for content creation (e.g., photos, videos, and promotional graphics). A customer-focused mindset, attention to detail, and a results-driven approach. A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Sales experience is required—preferably in automotive A clean and valid driver’s license.
