Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Stamping Press Operator to join our team in Norwood, OH. This role involves operating and maintaining stamping press machines, ensuring high-quality production and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate stamping press machines ranging from 35 to 400 tons.
• Follow blueprints to ensure accurate production.
• Stage finished products appropriately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Work Environment

The position is available for direct placement and offers various shifts : 1st Shift from 6am-2 : 30pm, 2nd Shift from 3pm-1 : 30am, and 3rd Shift from 7pm-5 : 30am. Training for 2nd and 3rd shifts is conducted on the 1st Shift for 6-8 weeks. The workweek runs Monday through Friday, with voluntary overtime available on Saturdays. The environment requires adherence to safety standards, and candidates must pass a drug test.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $53760.00 / yr.
