Senior OSP Construction Manager

A company is looking for a Senior OSP Construction Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee staffing, budgets, schedules, and compliance for OSP construction projects

Standardize construction practices and align internal and external teams to enhance efficiency

Provide leadership and mentorship to OSP Construction Managers and Contract Administrators

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

Minimum of ten (10) years of OSP experience, including splicing and construction

Minimum of five (5) years of leadership / people management experience

Advanced understanding of fiber splicing, installation practices, and the permitting process

Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and complete a pre-employment drug screening
