Job descriptionPartner with Business Development and Implementations to create a successful client onboarding roadmap Manage project analytics throughout the client implementation process Capture critical information on new clients, including pricing assumptions and contractual terms Develop and implement strategies to track and document the client implementation cycle Analyze healthcare claims data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a quantitative field 3-5 years of experience in claims-based healthcare analytics Proven ability to manage client implementation projects from start to finish Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL or SAS Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data Master's Degree in a quantitative focus 5+ years of experience in healthcare economics Prior experience in people management Knowledge of healthcare underwriting methodologies Familiarity with value-based care and utilization management
