JOB SUMMARY
The Salesforce nCino Product Manager is our technology leader to own manage and embrace the Salesforce nCino platforms for our organization. The role defines and delivers the vision of the platforms and remains the point of contact for Salesforce nCino strategic decisions as well as a technical and business know-how to support multiple business lines of the organization.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the Product owner / manager for all Salesforce nCino solutions while identifying the weaknesses and strengths of the product and suggest and implement improvements
- Ensure the roadmap aligns with the overall product and company vision
- Manage the complete product lifecycle of new features from planning to completion for the products; including authoring roadmaps business cases user stories and functional requirements.
- Manage configure and extend the capabilities of the organizations customized platform
- Ensure that the full features and benefits of a customized enterprise system built on Salesforce (including but not limited to CRM) nCino and other related IT systems are maximized
- Remain an expert on the market and trends to communicate the vision of the product to all stakeholders
- Serve as the strategic interface and business relationship link with leadership for the purpose of business technology strategy development solution discovery and relationship management.
- Manage budget deliverables schedule and quality of the project while collaborating with business unit managers and developers.
- Monitor and respond to system changes user feedback and user requirements.
- Monitor user adoption and work with business units to ensure that needs are met by platforms.
- Oversee system changes new releases workflows functions and configurations without interruption to end users.
- Coordinate vendors and business units on projects relating to changes upgrades and the implementation of new features; perform tests enhancements and documents system changes.
- Review and document release notes and roadmaps attend system related webinars evaluate impact of changes on the platform make recommendations communicate enhancements system maintenance and outages.
- Work with business units to identify new and creative opportunities to leverage the platform to support additional business processes or functions.
- Research recommend and implement new processes or enhance existing processes to create and improve operational efficiencies.
- Gather business requirements for the improvement or change initiative.
- Ensure initiatives adhere to change and project management policies and standard practices. Facilitates change management activities and communicates possible solutions along with the risks associated. Coordinates and designs testing with internal and external stakeholders. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the platforms to ensure that the bank and customer needs are identified and met by making appropriate recommendations.
- Maintain an expert level knowledge and serve as subject matter expert on systems features and functions best practices procedures agreements enrollment forms and associated risks.
- Stay informed of new developments in Salesforce nCino and stay informed on new functionality offered by the regular system releases.
- Attend applicable vendor conferences user group meetings and participate in periodic calls.
- Develop understanding of how platform interfaces with Banks host system and third-party applications.
- Oversee education and advise Bank employees on Salesforce nCino platform
- Ensure users have a clear understanding of current features and enhancements to features
- Assist with the development of training materials and platform documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in a Business or Technical Discipline (i.e. Computer Science and Information Services) required5 Years of Product Owner / Product Management experience.2 years of experience with Salesforce required. Salesforce Einstein Analytics and nCino certifications preferred.2 years working in nCino preferredBanking experienced preferred.Expertise in Salesforce including : Financial Sales Cloud and Einstein Analytics preferredSalesforce Certification preferred.Proven track record for full lifecycle product management developing products from concept to delivery and post implementationAbility to work collaboratively with diverse leaders remain customer-focused and have an excellent ability to communicate technical details to business users and technical teamsMust be a self-starter that is analytical detailed and multitasked oriented and possesses complex problem-solving abilitiesExcellent with written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skillsStrong time management and organizational skillsStrong willingness for continuous learning and growthAdaptable; able to embrace change and lead through influenceAbility to handle and prioritize a high level of administrative pressureABOUT US
