Responsibilities :
Provide support for the business
Build rapport with client and meet with them to understand the needs of their business
Excellent attention to detail and good communication skills to work with management.
Aptitude to achieve the best possible outcomes, processes and savings to reach business strategic goals and targets.
1. Research utility accounts against internal databases. If not found, work with external contacts to have account transferred. Invoice for reimbursement. Log on tracker.
2. Resolve missing bill or shut off emails. Correspond with multiple inhouse requests for payment status. Work with third party biller to bring accounts current and set up for payment. 3. Forward emails for meter access, zero usage, and account closures.

EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS : Bachelor's Degree or 4 years equivalent experience.
