The Treasury and Balance Sheet Strategies Graduate Rotational Program is a unique development opportunity within Citizens' Treasury Department for versatile graduate students who seek to become future leaders within banking and finance. You'll accelerate the development of analytical, communication, and project management skills as well as gain foundational financial analysis skills and core knowledge of bank treasury. Crafted for final-year graduate students, this is an 18-month, full-time program that offers a robust onboarding, on-the-job training, critical project responsibilities, mentorship, and an opportunity to complete three 6-month rotational assignments through various Treasury teams. You will learn the Treasury function, gain insight into the inner workings of a large financial institution, connect with senior leaders, and develop transferable skills.
