About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Program Manager to provide strategic and operational support across several critical initiatives, including Verizon, RCS / RBM Messaging, International Roaming, and Wi-Fi Convergence. This role will partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end program management lifecycle for high-visibility initiatives in product and software development.
- Partner with executive stakeholders (VP, GVP, SVP level) to drive alignment, provide updates, and influence decision-making.
- Coordinate across multiple business units, technical teams, and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
- Anticipate risks and proactively implement solutions, ensuring program resilience and adaptability in fast-changing environments.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and relationship builder across the organization, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Support transformation initiatives in mobile, messaging, and connectivity solutions, enabling next-generation customer experiences.
- Deliver executive-level presentations and reports, distilling complex issues into clear insights and recommendations.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Proven track record of enterprise-level program management within large, complex organizations.Experience in product / software development program delivery.Background in mobile technology or telecommunications is a plus (not required).Demonstrated executive presence with ability to present and influence at senior leadership levels.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative and professional approach.Calm, thoughtful, and solutions-oriented under pressure; thrives in dynamic environments with shifting priorities.Positive mindset that contributes to a strong team culture.3rd party canidates will not be considered.
