Job descriptionDeveloping reference architectures and models for major architectural domains, ensuring compliance with IT security best practices. Breaking down business objectives into actionable technical initiatives across multiple projects. Serving as an expert advisor to management on architectural and technology topics, best practices, and risks. Overseeing security architecture to align solutions with Synergie's security posture. Providing direction, coaching, and support to various teams on aligning business and technical strategies. Reviewing and approving architectural documents to ensure alignment with standards. In-depth knowledge of modern programming languages and object-oriented design. Expertise in cloud architecture principles, particularly within AWS ecosystems. Strong understanding of modern data architectures and analytics. Advanced leadership and analytical skills. Exceptional presentation and communication abilities. Effective navigation of ambiguity in fast-paced environments.

The salary range for this position is :
$150,000.00 - $175,000.00. This range reflects our good faith belief regarding the salary for this role at the time of posting. Your final compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, education, certifications, and more. This position also qualifies for annual bonus incentives .

In this hands-on leadership role, you will :
- Provide technical leadership and facilitate analysis and design across various business and technical domains.
- Collaborate with the chief architect to develop and implement Synergie's solution architecture strategy.
- Evaluate existing infrastructure and lead the design, development, and deployment of innovative healthcare business applications.
- Define technical requirements for strategic projects, manage priorities, and ensure deliverables meet business and technical standards.
- Guide cross-functional teams and external consultants to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope.
- Craft architectural solutions, develop prototypes, and drive Agile-based software delivery.
- Explore emerging technologies and validate new approaches through proofs of concept.
Your responsibilities will include :
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent experience.
Experience : A minimum of 10 years in IT or software development, including enterprise architecture, system design, and technical team leadership.
Key Skills and Abilities :
This role does not encompass revenue responsibility but requires budget responsibility for financial justifications and cost-benefit analyses.
