About the Role
As a Physician Recruiter, your efforts and strategy will be valued and relied on for provider recruitment strategy.
Responsibilities
- Taking ownership of the full-cycle recruitment process for physicians and providers.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Developing and executing strategic recruitment plans.
- Collaborating with external recruiters and sourcing partners.
- Analyzing hiring trends and implementing effective retention strategies.
- Representing our organization at conferences, job fairs, and recruitment events.
- Ensuring compliance with HIPAA and all regulatory standards.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR or a related field).PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.Over four years of high-volume HR recruiting experience.Exceptional communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.Experience with HRIS systems and candidate tracking tools.Required Skills
