CNC Programming Supervisor – Aerospace & Commercial Manufacturing

Location : Arcadia, CA

Compensation : Up to $40 / hr

Employment Type : Full-time | On-site

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Programming Supervisor to lead our machine shop team in the production of precision aerospace and commercial components. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who excels in CNC programming, enjoys mentoring machinists, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of CNC machinists to ensure efficient and accurate production.
• Program CNC machines using Mastercam software for complex parts and prototypes.
• Set up and operate CNC machines, including 5-axis machining .
• Delegate tasks and manage workflow to meet production goals.
• Oversee prototype development and ensure adherence to engineering specifications.
• Interpret and apply blueprints , GD&T , and tooling requirements.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00 / hr.
