Summary

We currently have a great opportunity for a Commercial Senior Designer to join our team in our PA facility. We are looking for an experienced, creative, passionate individual with a drive for success to grow our team. This position will be responsible for collaborating directly with the client along with the Sales team, other members of the Design Team and support / production staff to bring design concepts to life through detailed design and construction documentation. Full interior design services such as color and finish selections, seating, lighting and all other aspects of the interior details will be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop construction documentation to include (but not limited to) Finish Schedules, Complete Architectural Sections, Elevations and Details.
• Manage client accounts from design through post installation to ensure client satisfaction with process and products.
• Assist clients with making final design selections via in person meetings, zoom / teams calls and phone calls / email.
• Facilitate work under the direction of the Design Director in coordination with the Regional Sales Managers.
• Coordinate and facilitate the integration of drawings from architects into the Company's Design Standards.
• Complete sign off package drawings and obtain client approval for production.
• Create shells, 2D and 3D drawings based on client program requirements.
