The Director of Talent Acquisition is a strategic, relationship-driven leader responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies that align with business objectives across HQ functions (HR / Talent, Finance & Strategic Development), Comcast Spectacor, and University Recruiting. This role builds trusted partnerships, leverages data for impactful storytelling, and drives innovation through technologyincluding early adoption of AIto enhance recruiting outcomes.

Core Responsibilities :

  • Lead recruiting strategies that support workforce planning, skills readiness, and business growth.
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with senior leaders and COE partners to align on priorities, set expectations, and deliver results.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by translating business needs into actionable talent solutions.
  • Use data and market intelligence to inform decisions and tell compelling stories that influence strategy.
  • Champion AI and emerging technologies to improve candidate experience and recruiting efficiency.
  • Manage resources and budgets to meet operational goals.
  • Lead and engage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of trust, inclusion, and accountability.
  • Partner with Talent Enablement & Experience to elevate recruiter capabilities and candidate experience.
  • Drive continuous improvement in recruiting processes, systems, and tools.
  • Facilitate recruiter education on hiring trends and collaborate with COEs like Compensation and Total Rewards to enhance acumen.
  • Ensure compliance with FCC, OFCCP, and internal governance standards.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

    Education : Bachelor's Degree. While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
