We're seeking a Building Automation Systems Service Technician in Tampa, FL to provide maintenance, troubleshooting, and programming support for commercial building automation systems.

Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on building automation systemsDiagnose and resolve issues with controllers, sensors, actuators, and network communicationsModify control sequences, setpoints, and schedules based on customer requirementsRespond to service calls and alarms to restore system operation promptlyGenerate trend reports and analyze system performance dataCommunicate findings and recommendations to customers clearly and professionallyComplete service documentation, time tracking, and work order updatesMaintain service vehicle inventory and ensure tools are in proper working conditionParticipate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergency serviceRequirements
Must-Haves
2+ years of BAS service or controls experienceWorking knowledge of at least one major BAS platform (Tridium, Johnson Controls, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Distech)Understanding of HVAC systems, control sequences, and DDC operationsAbility to read control drawings, point schedules, and wiring diagramsStrong troubleshooting and customer service skillsValid driver's license and clean driving recordNice-to-Haves
BAS manufacturer certifications (Niagara, Metasys, Desigo, StruxureWare, etc.)Programming experience with graphical programming toolsNetwork troubleshooting skills (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, IP networking)HVAC or electrical backgroundCall to Action
