About The Position

This opportunity begins on Dec 1, 2025, with day shifts from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. The role involves providing care for chronic and acute patients, conducting wellness visits, and collaborating with nurses to ensure thorough documentation and patient charting. Experience with Medent EMR is required.
