We are seeking an experienced Subrogation Arbitration Manager to lead a team of 20–22 arbitration specialists in partnership with another manager.
This role requires direct experience in arbitration or subrogation management with a strong understanding of arbitration practices.
The manager is accountable for ensuring the team meets daily and monthly performance goals, maintaining accuracy, and driving successful recovery outcomes.
Job Responsibilities :
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of arbitration specialists, ensuring daily and monthly goals are met.
- Oversee arbitration case preparation, filing, and defense, ensuring compliance with arbitration rules and company standards.
- Evaluate errors, provide corrective training, and reinforce best practices to improve accuracy and outcomes.
- Collaborate with other managers, claims, and recovery leadership to align strategies and maximize recoveries.
- Track team KPIs, analyze results, and report performance to leadership.
Job Requirements :
Arbitration experience or subrogation management experience with strong arbitration knowledge.Proven ability to lead large teams in a high-volume environment.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and training skills.Excellent communication, coaching, and performance management abilities.Proficiency with arbitration platforms (e.g., AFI) and claims management systems.Compensation and Benefits :
