Software Developer C# & Delphi

Responsibilities

Stabilize, extend, and document core Delphi applications.

Deliver new LOB features / services in C# / .NET.

Implement secure auth flows and service-to-service patterns.

Improve performance / reliability; write support runbooks and notes.

Collaborate on data exchange with integration engineers.

Contribute to reviews, tests, and safe, incremental modernization.

Requirements

5+ years professional development, including substantial Delphi expertise.

Strong C# / .NET experience shipping production features / services.

OOP / design patterns and secure coding practices in real systems.

REST / JSON / XML integrations and production support experience.

Comfortable navigating legacy code while reducing risk.

Preferred Experience

Logistics / transport workflows and partner / carrier integrations.

Epicor (EDI), Descartes, or similar logistics platforms.

Manifest data quality improvements and exception workflows.
