We are currently assisting a top employer recruit for IT Lead Applications Developer experienced with leading a team in designing highly complex software systems and expert in Object-Oriented Programming, Database Management, .NET / C# and web technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, integrating, and implementing applications software in a service provider environment that supports the company's business strategies and objectives. As an expert-level developer, you will provide technical consulting to management, business users, and technical associates and work closely with other developers as a mentor. The ideal candidate will be able to clearly articulate the benefits and relevance of the concepts, products, and technologies related to their architecture domain to a diverse audience. In addition, the Lead Developer provides technical leadership and consulting across the organization, from strategic decision making down to the project planning level.
