We are currently hiring two experienced Import Operations Specialists to join our Freight Forwarding team in Forest Park, GA (Atlanta area). This is a great opportunity for logistics professionals with a background in customs clearance, ocean import, and freight coordination to grow with a company that values integrity, teamwork, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate international shipments via ocean, air, rail, and truck
• Prepare and verify customs documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
• Manage U.S. Customs Brokerage processes and guide freight through import procedures
• Communicate with carriers, vendors, and customers to ensure timely delivery
• Monitor shipment progress and provide updates to stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports on import activities
• Collaborate with internal departments to optimize logistics operations
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company policies
