Key Responsibilities
Maintain high service level standards and meet or exceed service metrics
Demonstrate quality decision-making skills to serve member needs effectively
Proactively address member friction points and contribute to continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of two years customer service experience, preferably in a contact center
Proficient knowledge of MS Office programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Bilingual abilities in Spanish are preferred
Ability to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment
