This position is located in Byhalia, MS - Onsite. Your role and responsibilities include :

• Shipping Coordination & Documentation : Oversee trailer assignments, track retail orders, and assist in scheduling loads; reprint packing lists and commercial invoices as needed.
• Issue Resolution & Communication : Perform dock audits, investigate ESEDs, research overages / shortages / damages, and communicate split shipments and delays to customer service and relevant teams.
• Process Monitoring & Optimization : Monitor shipping schedules, identify alternate shipping methods, and provide daily updates on truck departures to Coordinators.
• Cross-Training & Support : Become proficient in inbound / outbound clerk duties and perform additional tasks as assigned by the Transportation Manager.
